Our story – like most stories worth telling – starts small. It starts with circumstances so many of us share: The joy and chaos of a complicated family. Shop talk at the kitchen table. Founded in 1988 by Maria Miranda, Miranda Creative began in Norwich, Connecticut, as a small, independent advertising agency operating out of her home. With just a handful of clients and a deep commitment to strategic design and thoughtful communication, the agency quickly gained traction. Early relationships with institutions like Dime Bank and The William W. Backus Hospital helped establish Miranda Creative as a trusted local partner. As the agency’s reputation grew, so did its team, capabilities, and client list — evolving from a graphic design-focused studio into a full-service brand management firm serving clients across a range of industries throughout New England and beyond.
