We have successfully elevated The Spa at Norwich Inn’s social presence through a dynamic, visual-first strategy. By executing planned mini-shoots covering key service lines and special events, we captured the essence of the spa experience. A pivotal initiative was our CT-based content creator fam tour, where influencers spent a day and night at the Inn. This generated nearly 500,000 collective views and drove a remarkable 200% spike in website traffic from social media alone throughout June and July.


Through a visually-driven strategy and immersive influencer experiences, we brought The Spa at Norwich Inn to life online – generating nearly half a million views and doubling website traffic in just two months.
