It’s all about the balance…

It’s All About the Balance Agency life in the summer time is about putting in the extra effort, and then celebrating it.

It’s all about the balance – and sunscreen!

Our team at Miranda Creative understands that a successful season requires dedication and hard work, and we’re proud of the incredible achievements we’ve delivered for our clients. But just as important is the time we take to rejuvenate and connect. We recently had our summer holiday party in Old Saybrook to allow the team to catch up outside of work talk and allow for friendly cornhole competition.

We apply a similar balance philosophy to our team’s approach to new technology. AI is boosting productivity across teams, but the most successful use cases? Staying grounded in human insight and strategic thinking. We’re exploring artificial intelligence so our clients can stay ahead too, but authentic imagination will always be at our forefront.

Agency life in the summer time is about striking an equilibrium – putting in the extra effort, and then celebrating it. Here’s what we’ve been up to…

Welcoming New Clients

Connecticut Secretary of the State – Municipal Election Campaign
Building on the success of our initial “Trusted Source” campaign, we’re deepening our partnership with the CT Secretary of the State for their crucial Municipal Elections Campaign. Our team developed comprehensive omnichannel messaging for digital and social media, specifically designed to increase awareness and engagement around the upcoming 2025 municipal elections. We emphasized that every voice matters, particularly at the local level, aiming to drive higher voter turnout and participation. Through compelling calls to action like “Local Voice, Local Vote” and “Vote for the Connecticut You Want,” we’re helping ensure citizens are informed and empowered to shape their communities.

Social Equity Council

We recently completed a vital brand refresh for the Social Equity Council, crafted to enhance their credibility and broaden their reach. The Council’s mission – to promote equitable economic prosperity by supporting Social Equity Entrepreneurs and reinvesting in communities most impacted by the War on Drugs – demands a clear and trustworthy public image. Our revitalized brand identity now more accurately reflects their modern messaging and commitment to the three pillars – Community Reinvestment, Workforce Development, and Entrepreneur Support – establishing them as an accessible and essential resource for those in need and significantly boosting overall brand awareness.

Brownstone Adventure Sports Park
It’s game on for summer fun at Brownstone Park! For this exciting Portland, CT adventure destination, we deployed dynamic video ads to capture attention and drive ticket sales. Understanding that when it comes to thrilling water sports and summer adventure, video is an absolute must, we created captivating content designed to showcase the park’s family-friendly atmosphere and athletic offerings. Our efforts focused on reaching new audiences and generating excitement, further amplified through influencer visits that generate authentic, shareable video content across social media channels, all directly contributing to increased attendance.

LCN USA
Earlier this year, we started supporting LCN USA, a renowned European beauty company, in their digital growth across the United States. Our social media strategy focuses on performance marketing via YouTube and TikTok, establishing new accounts that have quickly gained traction, with several videos receiving 2,000+ views within their first month. We also successfully launched their TikTok Shop, opening a direct e-commerce channel for a growing market. Our ongoing social media branding is crucial for increasing e-commerce conversions and helping LCN USA stay competitive amidst the evolving market and tariffs.

City of Norwalk
A significant new addition to our roster is the City of Norwalk, encompassing a broad range of its key entities: the City of Norwalk itself, Visit Norwalk, Norwalk for Business, Norwalk Tomorrow, Norwalk Parking Authority, and the Norwalk Arts and Culture Commission. This landmark partnership sees the city uniting its diverse departments under one agency – Miranda Creative – to achieve cohesive branding and unified messaging across all touchpoints. From our offices in Norwich to our new clients in Norwalk, we’re incredibly excited to leverage our expertise to showcase this fabulous city and all it has to offer, building a stronger, more recognizable brand identity for its residents and visitors alike.

Delivering Results for our Clients

The Spa at Norwich Inn

Miranda Creative orchestrated an exclusive Content Creator Tour for the Spa at Norwich Inn. This wasn’t about fleeting contests; it was about building authentic connections. We invited a select group of influential content creators from CT and New England to experience an overnight stay at the Inn, providing them with an immersive opportunity to explore and organically promote the Inn’s luxurious grounds, relaxing spa treatments, delicious tastes in their restaurants and more. The result? These local voices provided their followers with firsthand recommendations, significantly extending the Inn’s reach and fostering a more personal connection with potential guests through authentic storytelling.

This project’s excellence was recognized with a prestigious design award from the Connecticut Art Directors Club, a testament to its impactful visual storytelling. Read more about this project here.

US Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association
For the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association, we embarked on a powerful project: designing a commemorative wrestling wall that would not only pay tribute to the program’s esteemed legacy but also serve as a source of ongoing education and inspiration for current cadets. Our designers researched the outstanding coaches and athletes of the past, alongside the team’s more recent accomplishments. This deep dive allowed Miranda Creative to craft a dynamic graphic display Mural Wall that perfectly embodies the grit, honor, and determination synonymous with USCGA wrestlers.

Lyman Allyn Art Museum

Miranda Creative has been a key partner for the Lyman Allyn Art Museum, providing social media and email marketing support, alongside the development of fundraising materials and compelling designs to raise awareness of the museum and its beautiful park grounds under construction. Our collaborative efforts culminated in a fresh, modern branding identity revealed at their Gala in May. This new visual system and ongoing marketing work are designed to attract new visitors, engage current members, and foster greater community appreciation for this expanding cultural institution.

Bishop’s Orchards
For Bishop’s Orchards, our approach is all about strategic intensity during peak seasons. We’ve provided marketing support for numerous campaigns, including their popular Creamery offerings, the inaugural Apple Blossom Festival, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) programs, and various pick-your-own fruit and flower experiences. Understanding that the agricultural window is limited, the summer season is an ‘all in’ time for the core team. Our campaigns ensure Bishop’s maximizes customer engagement and sales during their most critical agricultural periods.

Honees
Miranda Creative designed and launched a strategic digital campaign for Honees Throat Drops centered around the memorable messaging, “Honees on Hand.” This campaign was developed to emphasize the product’s essential role as a constant companion, highlighting its versatility and necessity for everyday wellness. Whether it’s flu season, allergy flare-ups, or an unexpected cough, “Have Honees on Hand” resonates as a simple, actionable reminder, positioning Honees as a reliable go-to solution for consumers’ comfort and relief.
